WT-6035T three-chuck cnc fiber laser tube cutting machine is equipped with a servo follow-up support system to stabilize the clamping of the pipe and ensure the cutting accuracy.This Triple trucks can achieve zero tail material cutting and developed for large-caliber heavy pipe , also equipped with premium bevel cutting heads and systems, it supports flying cutting, precise Z-axis control, and multiple bevel modes (V, X, Y, K, ±45° adjustable). 3-chuck Heavy-duty Tube Laser Cutting Machines offers fast, flexible, and stable cutting. Its three-chuck structure enables full tube cutting and zero tail material processing, maximizing material efficiency.
First Part: Semi Auto Loading and Unloading System
Performance Character:
Chain-type transmission, stable structure, can meet the automatic feeding of round tubes, square tubes, steel sections and other pipes, greatly improving the feeding speed. One person can watch over multiple devices, saving labor; modular design is convenient for transportation and assembly; rotating flat support design, with pneumatic support, to ensure processing quality

1) for 3 chucks, when the finished product length is ≥1150mm, 0 tail can be achieved
When the finished product length is less than 1150mm, it can be combined with other parts in the nesting software (micro-joining) to make the
cutting length > 1150mm.
for 3 chucks, when two chucks are clamped and cutting and the finished product length is less than 1150mm, the tail material of clamping an extra-large tube (the rear chuck clamp cannot extend into the front clamp when clamping) is 750mm; when clamping a small tube, the rear clamp can extend into the front clamp, tail material 390mm
3) for 2 chucks, the remaining tail material that cannot be cut is 130mm; when clamping a larger tube, the rear clamp cannot extend into the front clamp tail material length is 500mm(Maximum)
