Transmission optical fiber

A single laser welding system includes a versatile 10-meter-long optical fiber with a bending radius as tight as 80mm. During energy transmission, the laser fiber boasts a robust self-protection mechanism. It automatically halts the optical path or deactivates the laser in cases of fiber wear, aging, excessive bending, overheating, or laser leakage, ensuring both personnel safety and secure fiber operation.

The interface is of the QBH type, featuring a coaxial optical path design for laser incidence.
The laser output power reaches up to 1500W, with an emission wavelength range of 1080±20 nanometers.
Equipped with a collimating lens assembly with a 50mm focal length, and offers optional focusing lenses of either 80mm or 120mm.
Supports coaxial delivery of protective gas, with an overall weight of just 0.9 kilograms, and the beam slit width is adjustable between 0 to 6 millimeters.
