Post-welding, it undergoes rough machining after annealing to relieve internal stresses, followed by precision finishing after a secondary vibration aging process. Fixed Pneumatic Chuck Hole Diameter: 500 mm Clamping Mechanism: Features four-position clamping with keyway positioning for easy and precise operation without requiring additional adjustments. Versatility: Suitable for clamping square, round, and rectangular tubes. Performance: Lightweight with low inertia and excellent braking capabilities. Durability: Designed with top-tier dust-proofing, requiring only routine maintenance. Components: Incorporates imported bearings for superior stability and smooth motor performance.
Moving Pneumatic Chuck Clamping Range: Ø10 mm to Ø500 mm Design: Equipped with a double-acting pneumatic clamping system, featuring paired, self-centering claws. Operation: Powered by an imported servo motor through a gear system, enabling both movement and rotation of the chuck. Efficiency: Extends fully into the inner hole of the front chuck to optimize material usage and minimize tailings.
Rotable Variable Diameter Lifting Support System Components: Includes variable diameter wheels, guide rails, and air cylinders. Functionality: Allows adjustment to accommodate different pipe sizes; users rotate the wheel to the desired support range, lock it, and secure it for cutting operations.
