2.2. Deburring and wire drawing treatment of workpiece surface

This equipment is equipped with two sets of wide abrasive belt structures. The abrasive belts rotate at high speed driven by grinding rollers to remove slag particles, oxide scale, large burrs, and other defects from the workpiece surface, while simultaneously achieving a high-quality wire drawing effect.

 

2.3. Deburring of workpiece edges and holes

This equipment is equipped with a 4-row (two sets per row) universal roller brush structure. The roller brush abrasive rotates at high speed, beating the workpiece surface to make the contour edges of the workpiece surface and holes smooth and rounded, producing a rounded corner effect. 2.16 Dust Collector Working Principle

When dust-laden gas is drawn into the dust collector’s inlet chamber by the fan, the airflow turns downwards and impacts the water surface, causing some larger dust particles to fall directly into the water. As fine dust particles pass through the S-shaped scaling channel between the upper and lower impellers, the airflow velocity increases. When the airflow impacts the water surface, the gas carries water along with it, creating a large amount of water spray and fine mist, ensuring full contact between water and air. In the S-shaped scaling channel, the sudden change in airflow creates centrifugal force, throwing the dust particles towards the outer wall, where the fine particles are effectively captured by the water mist. After the airflow leaves the S-shaped scaling channel and enters the clean air misting chamber, its velocity decreases. The water mist is centrifugally separated by the baffle plate and falls, washing away the dust. The water and air are further fully mixed and contacted, and most of the fine dust particles are captured by the water droplets and sink into the water, returning to the water storage tank. The purified gas has water droplets removed by the baffle plate in the misting chamber and is drawn out by the fan, while the slurry is discharged periodically or continuously by the slurry discharge valve.

① The principle of BRB combination is 1 abrasive belt + 1 chamfering + 1 abrasive belt. This combination is for customers with small burrs and high requirements for the external surface (mainly for deburring stainless steel, aluminum, copper, etc., mainly used in precision sheet metal, semiconductor, etc.).

② The principle of BBR combination is 1 abrasive belt + 1 abrasive belt + 1 chamfering. This combination is for customers with large burrs and lower requirements for the external surface (after chamfering, there will be slight irregular lines on the surface of the sheet, mainly for carbon steel plates, laser cutting industry).

 

2. Does the vacuum adsorption platform include both the deburring and chamfering sections? What is the standard configuration? What is the mesh spacing?

Answer: The vacuum adsorption platform abrasive belt and chamfering part are equipped with adsorption as standard. The mesh spacing is 25mm. If the customer has particularly small workpieces, non-standard non-standard mesh densified version and strong adsorption version can be customized according to customer needs.

 

3. Please provide a picture of the marble magnetic adsorption platform. Does it include both the deburring and chamfering sections? What is the standard configuration? Is a platform without magnetic adsorption or vacuum adsorption also a marble platform? What are the advantages?

Answer: The platform abrasive belt and chamfering part are equipped with magnets as standard. There is approximately 100mm spacing between each magnet (too many magnets will increase the resistance of the conveyor platform when customers pull the entire plate, greatly increasing friction and reducing the lifespan of the conveyor motor and the platform).

Any standard configuration without vacuum adsorption is a marble platform.

The marble platform uses a surface grinder to grind the entire surface, achieving a flatness of 0.05mm. It does not deform after long-term use. Vacuum adsorption platforms require hollowing out the interior of the platform; hollowing out marble would reduce its strength. Therefore, vacuum adsorption platforms are made of steel plates spliced ​​→ heat treated → precision machined.

 

4. When should a wet scrubber be chosen? What are the differences between it and other dust collectors?

Answer: The company offers a 7.5kw wet dust collector as an option. Because the particles from deburring and grinding are relatively large, using a dry filter cartridge can easily clog the filter element.

Answer: In the magnetic platform industry, the main types used are lawn belt (poor) → diamond belt (relatively poor) → golf belt (above average). Our company’s magnetic platforms are standardly equipped with 7mm thick golf belts. Normal service life is 3-5 years.

The standard configuration of the vacuum adsorption platform uses a 7mm thick 3-adhesive 3-cloth high-resistance self-adhesive conveyor belt. This flat belt has a flat upper surface, and after perforation, the adsorption force on the workpiece is stronger. At the same time, the belt has its own damping properties, making it more stable and preventing deviation when grinding small workpieces.
